The Path To Customer Service Improvement

My first entry has been somewhat rushed, due to a recent experience at my local Honda dealership.  I am now forced to introduce my concepts on customer service.  I have discovered a simple phrase that opens an entire world of understanding with respect to customer service.  Dealing with customers and being acutely aware of how your company is perceived, is a vital part of running your business.  “Points of Challenge” is the concept utilized to work miracles with a company’s customer service presentation.  Everywhere a customer would interact with your business, is a point of challenge.  The front door,  the atmosphere, the way your employees interact, are all points of challenge and need to be seen as a critical impact on service satisfaction.  So much can be done to increase your company’s customer satisfaction levels.  In the days to come, I will expound upon this concept – “Points of Challenge”, and begin to reveal simple ways your company can truly excel in this arena.
